Clinic24 provides software tools and related services designed to help clinics manage inbound communication, scheduling workflows, and AI-assisted front-desk operations.

Features may change over time as the service evolves.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

You are also responsible for ensuring your use of Clinic24 complies with applicable laws, professional obligations, and internal clinic policies.

You may not use Clinic24 to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with the security or availability of the service, or submit malicious, misleading, or unauthorized content.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe use of the service creates legal, security, or operational risk.

Paid features may be subject to subscription pricing, usage limits, billing terms, or trial conditions displayed at the time of purchase or onboarding.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by Clinic24.

Clinic24 and its associated software, branding, design, and content are owned by Clinic24 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service.

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, or security events may affect availability from time to time.

Clinic24 is provided on an as-available basis except to the extent otherwise agreed in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clinic24 disclaims implied warranties not expressly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinic24 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue, data, profits, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

You may stop using Clinic24 at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, non-payment, misuse, or legal reasons.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
